A few things to know:

Leaders, you can choose to buy a block of tickets for your group or have each person individually purchase their own tickets. The info about each option is below:

  • If you have your participants buy tickets for themselves, you will not receive a notification or any information about their individual tickets. You will need to track that information outside of TicketSpice on your own.
  • If you buy a block of tickets for your group, you will be able to adjust the size of your group at any time through the Account Center. You can add tickets (if space is still available) or remove tickets and receive a refund through the end of the day, Thursday, January 14. Refunds are not available after this date.

Dates to know:

  • Early registration tickets are $35 through December 4.
  • Regular registration tickets are $45, starting December 5 through January 14.
  • At the Door tickets are $50, on Friday, January 15.

Early registration is from now until December 4, 2026. Starting December 5, prices will increase to $45 per ticket.

Please list how many shirts of each size your group will need. 

This information can be updated through the Account Center at a later time if you don't know yet. Shirt sizes for your group must be received by December 4 to guarantee your sizes. 

If you register after December 4 or fail to provide your group's shirt sizes by that date, we will do our best to get you the shirt sizes you want, but we cannot guarantee that we will have the exact sizes you request.

If your church is partnered with the SBC of Virginia but isn't listed, please contact us so we can add your church to the list. Otherwise, type 'Other' and you will be prompted to enter your church information.

Photo release

I hereby give my consent for the Southern Baptist Conservatives of Virginia (SBCV) to use my image or likeness in photographs, videos, or other digital media (“photo”) in any of its publications (including print, social media, and other web-based publications), or at events without payment or other consideration. I give the SBCV and its subsidiaries permission to edit, alter, copy, publish, exhibit, and distribute these materials for any lawful purpose.  I understand that the SBCV owns the copyright to the multimedia material in which my image or likeness may appear. I also understand that I may request (in writing) to opt out of this consent by notifying the SBCV.
