IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

This page is for church group leaders to complete.

You will select how many you expect to bring to Student Fusion and pay for them and your Church Group Fee on this page. You can adjust your number of tickets in your account by clicking HERE.

You will receive an email shortly after registering. This email will contain a coupon code and a link to the participant registration page. Share this information with your counselors and the parents of your students. They will fill out their information and sign their waivers themselves.

We will send a weekly update of who has completed their registration from your group.

Policies

Church Group fee: $300

This one-time fee is required for each church. This fee is non-refundable.

Participant fee: $99

This fee is the same for every adult counselor and student attending Student Fusion. This fee is refundable until the cut off on May 15, 2025.

In preparing for camp, the SBCV obligates itself financially by purchasing supplies, reserving facilities, and hiring staffers. We base our purchases, reservations, and hired staffers on the actual number of registrations, with some allowance for fluctuations. We understand that circumstance arise that may prevent a student from attending camp. Campers should carefully consider their ability to attend camp before registering. The following policies will govern registration, deadlines, and refunds.

• Student Fusion is available to rising 6th graders through recent high school graduates.
• Churches must bring 1 adult for every 10 students of each gender.
• A $300 Church Group Fee is required for every church.
• Churches may increase (if tickets are still available) or decrease the number of spaces reserved for camp until May 15.
• Additions and refunds after May 15 will be considered based upon availability.
• Please do not arrive at camp with non-registered campers or those that have not completed the necessary forms.
• Churches must be able to provide transportation for their groups to and from the mission sites throughout the week.

You have two options for purchasing tickets.

Participants allows you to pay in full for all tickets today. You can go into your account and purchase additional tickets (while supplies last) or refund any unused tickets until May 15.

Reservations allows you to only pay the $300 church deposit fee today while still notifying us of how many spots you expect you'll need. You can go into your account and change these Reservation tickets to Participant tickets at any time in order to submit your final payment of $99 per person. All payments must be submitted by May 15 or you will lose your spots.
